Singles Bolton

Part of Greater Manchester, Bolton is located in the valley of the River Croal. Once an industrial town, it now boasts some interesting museums, most notably The Bolton Museum, Aquarium and Archive which has an impressive collection of fine art and Egyptian archaeology.

The Aquarium has successfully bred numerous endangered species and attracts visitors of all ages. Bolton is blessed with some beautiful historic buildings: Smithills Hall is a magnificent Grade 1 building set in stunning gardens on the edge of the West Pennine Moors and the Hall i’th’Wood is a half-timbered 15th Century hall and birthplace of the spinning mule.
