Of course it is. You should keep an open mind on your suggested partners, because all of them have been matched with you for a reason. It can take people a while to put their thoughts down in writing -- even some people who use PARSHIP very regularly haven't got round to completing the 'About Me' section. It's definitely worth completing your own 'About Me' section of course: it will encourage people to contact you.
