The 'About me' page in your profile is a key way of attracting more interest. It adds a very important personal touch.

Log in regularly. Other members can see your last log-in date when they view your profile and they will want to know that you visit the site often.

Take some care over your profile. Mention your hobbies (add them in the section marked 'Other'). If you have a number of professional activities, list them. And keep your profile up to date. For instance, If -- having been listed as separated -- you are now divorced, change your profile accordingly.

Visit the profiles of other members, making sure that you have chosen 'All visitors are shown' as the option for 'Visitors to my profile'. This means that your visits to other members' profiles will be recorded too. If another member sees you have visited their profile, they are more likely to contact you.
