A new suggested partner has been added to my list, but I see that they have been a PARSHIP member for a while. Where were they up till now?

This might be a result of a change you made to your search criteria.
It could also be that the other member has altered their age criteria for suggested partners and you now fall into the chosen age range. On the other hand, maybe they have just had a birthday and now fall into your chosen age range.
Alternatively, the other member might have decided to hide (suspend) their profile for a time and has just reactivated it.
