What is the PARSHIP Contact Guarantee? |

|
If you take out a 6 month Premium Membership, PARSHIP.co.uk guarantees you a minimum of ten contacts.
If you establish contact with fewer than ten of your suggested partners in the course of your 6 month Premium Membership, we will extend it for a further six months, free of charge.
A contact is established when:
 You receive a personalised message from one of your suggested partners in response to a contact request you have sent to him/her
You send a personalised message to one of your suggested partners in response to a contact request you have received from him/her.
If wish to make a claim under our Contact Guarantee, please send us an e-mail (or use the contact form on the website).
You must contact us at least one day before your 6 month Premium Membership expires and no earlier than 30 days before it expires. Otherwise we will not be in a position to honour the guarantee. The Contact Guarantee is only valid once per user profile.
