How do I cancel my Premium Membership?

Your Premium Membership ends when your subscription runs out, but your profile will remain visible to other members. All subscriptions automatically renew and therefore your subscription can only 'run out' if you have cancelled the automatic renewal function (see How does automatic renewal work?). If you don't want other members to see your profile, or if you want to terminate your premium subscription early or cancel the automatic renewal go to Go to 'Data & settings' and choose 'Hide profile' or 'Delete profile'. To remove your profile, click Remove profile.
This will permanently delete your data and profile from PARSHIP. If you want to use the service in the future, you will have to re-register and take the PARSHIP test again.
If you just don't want to receive any contact requests for the moment you can choose 'Hide profile'.
If you have purchased any other services (such as telephone coaching) from PARSHIP, they will not automatically be cancelled when you delete your profile and you will still have to pay for them.
