Another member has released their photo to me, but I can't see it. Why is that? |

The reasons could be the following:

You are not a Premium Member/subscriber. You can only see preview photos, which do not show the member's face in detail.

After they sent the message, but before you logged in, the other member withdrew your right to view their photo
