On PARSHIP you can protect your anonymity at every point, because you choose whether/when to release your photo to another member. (To release or view photos you have to be a Premium Member.)
There is another significant advantage to this approach. Obviously physical attraction plays a part in the initial stages of a relationship, but it is should not be the prime determining factor. The PARSHIP test and matching process give you the advantage of seeing more deeply into another person's character from a very early stage. You have the chance to 'discover' someone whose picture might not have attracted you immediately.
